Farmington Country Club - 2027

The Farmington Country Club Centennial Celebration is a landmark event planned for the summer of 2027, commemorating the 100th anniversary of the club's founding. The Country Club selected HitPlay as their AV company of choice to produce the event, resulting in a proposal for an over $100,000 production. I was honored to have my drafts, renders, and creative vision featured on the front page and throughout the proposal, giving the client a clear picture of the experience they could expect to receive.

The production design included:

  • An SL260 Stage

  • 16 D&B V8 Line Arrays

  • 6 D&B SL Subwoofers

  • An upstage LED video wall measuring 9×16 ft

  • 2 hanging truss systems and one rigging pole supporting hanging fixtures and an LED screen

  • Decorative uplighting illuminating the trees throughout the venue
